No. 60

We created our world, but is our world now in the process of (re)creating us? One of the issues that Mark addresses in his contemporary work. His images reveal the alienation and complexity of modern life, yet at the same time address the often overlooked beauty all around us.
His distinctive portraits are personal and intimate. The informal, yet refined, and glamorously stylized images are rich in colour and imaginative in composition. His idealist visions and personal emotions are apparent both in his autonomous artwork and his commercial productions.
